1. Voluntary Participation
I acknowledge that my participation in virtual reality (VR) gaming activities at The Reactor Room is voluntary. I am physically and mentally fit to participate.
2. Assumption of Risk
I understand that VR gaming may involve physical activity, disorientation, motion sickness, collisions with real-world objects, falls, and other potential hazards. I assume full responsibility for any and all risks of injury, illness, loss, or property damage that may occur.
3. Health Conditions
I confirm that I do not have any medical conditions (such as epilepsy, heart conditions, vision or balance disorders) that could be aggravated by participation in VR activities. I am not under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
4. Release and Waiver of Liability
I release and hold harmless The Reactor Room, its owners, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, or causes of action arising from my participation, including but not limited to personal injury, death, or property damage, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
5. Rules and Conduct
I agree to follow all safety instructions provided by staff and to use all equipment properly. I understand that failure to comply with rules may result in removal without refund.
